2. The appointment of Kulkarni Prahallada Rao PAN: AKMPR1779B as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f., 6[th] September 2021.

3. The appointment of CA JSS SIVARAMA PRASAD “Proprietor” having Membership Number: 208735 as the Internal Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22 w.e.f., 6[th] September 2021.

Further, the details/disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 (“ SEBI Circular ”), is enclosed herewith as Annexure .
