KPS AG today concluded the agreement to acquire all shares in ICE Consultants Europe SL, Barcelona, one of the leading SAP consulting companies in Spain. Under the terms of the agreement, ICE will become a wholly owned subsidiary of KPS AG as of October 2, 2017. Comprising some 100 consultants, ICE’s multidisciplinary team provides support for companies in the consumer goods and pharmaceuticals sectors, delivering process consulting, SAP implementations, and application management services (AMS) in Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, as well as in North and South America. The acquisition continues KPS AG’s international expansion strategy and secures the company’s position as one of the leading consultancies for digital transformation in Europe. The acquisition price consists of a fixed and a variable component, the amount of which the parties have agreed not to disclose.
