KPS AG today signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of all shares in Infront Consulting & Management GmbH, Hamburg. Infront Consulting & Management GmbH is a leading strategy consultant for digitization in the German-speaking countries, most recently receiving the Innovation Award of the Wirtschaftswoche 2017 and the Hidden Champion Award 2018 for the digitization of capital. Infront as an independent brand will form the future forefront of strategy consulting on digital transformation within the KPS Group. The transaction is expected to close at the beginning of 2018 and the parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the merger.
