KPS AG: Hidden Champion Infront Consulting becomes part of the KPS Group
Hamburg/Munich, December 14, 2017 – KPS AG (GSIN: A1A6V4 / ISIN: DE000A1A6V48) and Infront Consulting & Management GmbH announce that Infront Consulting will become a 100% subsidiary of KPS AG at the beginning of 2018.
Infront Consulting & Management GmbH is the leading consulting boutique for digital strategy and transformation in the German-speaking countries. Numerous awards, such as the Innovation Award of Wirtschaftswoche in 2016 and 2017, two times in a row the “Hidden Champion” Award for the digitisation of Capital and WGMB as well as inclusion in the list of “Best Consultants” at brandEins in 2016 and 2017 underline the performance of the ambitious team.
As an independent brand, Infront Consulting will be the future spearhead of strategy consulting on digital transformation within the Group. At the same time, Infront Consulting’s cross-industry approach gives retail specialist KPS strategic access to new customer segments.
“With this merger, KPS rounds off its portfolio of services as the leading advisory firm for digital transformation in strategy consulting. These offerings are unmatched in the market and range from the strategic development of new business models to successful implementation. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the merger.
