We are pleased to inform you that the 8[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of KPIT Technologies Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10.30 A.M. through Video Conference (“VC”)/ Other Audio-Video Means (“OAVM”).
The Notice of the said AGM along with the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 is being sent by electronic mode to Members whose e-mail ids are registered with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) or the Depository Participants (“DPs”). The said notice and the Annual Report is also available on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com, BSE Limited at www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.nseindia.com.
As per the records furnished by the RTA and the DP, your email id is not available with the Company. In terms of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in the absence of your email id, the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the Notice of 8[th] AGM of the Company can be accessed on below:

As per SEBI guidelines, it is mandatory for shareholders to update their PAN, KYC details (including postal address with pin code, email address, mobile number, bank account details) and nomination details. We request you to update your KYC details and submit the required documents/information to your respective DP (if the shares are in demat) and RTA (if the shares are in physical form) at [email protected] at the earliest convenience. In case of non-updation of PAN or Contact Details or Mobile Number or Bank Account Details or Specimen Signature in respect of physical folios, dividend shall be paid only through electronic mode, upon furnishing all the aforesaid details to RTA in entirety.
We would also like to draw your attention to the Senior Citizens Investor Cell created by our RTA to assist exclusively the shareholders who are above 60 years of age for any investor service-related issues.
