Grant of 5,000 Options to the eligible employee/s covered under the KPIT Technologies Limited- Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2022 (“RSU Plan 2022”), which was approved by shareholders in Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2022.

The details of Grants are given herein below:
