Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and in reference to prior intimation made on September 30, 2024 regarding schedule of Board meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, intimation is hereby given that the Board of Directors shall also consider the following agenda item in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024:

1. Proposal for raising of funds, in one or more tranches, by issue of equity shares and/or any other instruments or eligible securities representing either equity shares and/or convertible securities linked to equity shares or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, by way of further public issue, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, qualified institutions placement (“QIP”), or any other method in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, from time to time, and other applicable law, to such investors, as may be permitted to invest in such issuance of securities, as deemed appropriate, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and receipt of other regulatory/statutory approvals.

Further, pursuant to the relevant circulars issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, this is to intimate you that the trading window of the Company is closed from Tuesday, October 1, 2024, and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
