Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed from Friday, l " April, 2021 and will reopen after 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public on 12thAugust, 2021.
