RETIREMENT OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

On August 19, 2025, Christopher J. Ball informed Kosmos Energy Ltd. (the "Company") that he has decided to retire as the Company's Chief Commercial Officer, effective September 30, 2025. Mr. Ball's role and responsibilities will be transitioned to Mr. Neal D. Shah, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, who will assume oversight of the Company's commercial matters.
