Koskisen financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023
Koskisen will publish financial reports in 2023 as follows:
16 March 2023: Financial Statements Release for 2022
24 May 2023: Interim Report for January-March 2023
25 August 2023: Half-Year Report for January-June 2023
17 November 2023: Interim Report for January-September 2023
Koskisen applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.
The Annual Report 2022 will be published on the company’s website during the week 16. The Annual Report includes also the Sustainability Report.
Koskisen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 is planned to be held on Thursday 11 May 2023. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.
A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors on 19 March 2023 at the latest.
