Hills Sell Down

Korvest has been notified of the sell down by a subsidiary of Hills Holdings Limited (ASX: HIL) of its entire shareholding in Korvest (47.8%) at a price of $6.50 per share to a variety of institutional as well as professional and sophisticated investors.

Korvest welcomes these new shareholders and acknowledges the valuable support which Hills has provided to Korvest.
