Appointment of Director – Gary Francis

Korvest Ltd wishes to advise that Gary Francis has been appointed as a Director effective immediately.

Mr. Francis is a qualified Civil Engineer with an extensive background in the construction industry both in Australia and Asia over the past 35 years and of that 20+ years have been at a General Management level or above. His career has revolved around medium to large scale projects with major tier one contractors including senior positions with Transfield and Leighton in Asia over a nearly 15 year period.

Since returning to Australia, at the end of 2005, Mr. Francis has held board positions with private companies and has consulted to a number of entities both on and offshore within the construction and finance sectors.
