TERMINATION OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH ODDO CORPORATE FINANCE
With effect from 30 June 2015, the liquidity contract issued between the company KORIAN and ODDO Corporate Finance has been terminated.
To date, the following resources were recorded on the liquidity account:
- 85,266 KORIAN shares;
- € 1,805,872.05
It is reminded that at the latest semi-annual report as of 31 December 2014, the following resources were recorded on the liquidity account:
- 23,756 KORIAN shares;
- € 3,755,883.74
IMPLEMENTATION OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH NATIXIS
As of 1 July 2015, for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement, the company KORIAN appointed NATIXIS for the implementation of a liquidity contract on its common shares, consistent with the Charter of Ethics established by the AMAFI and approved by the AMF decision of 8 March 2011.
For the implementation of this contract, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:
- 85,266 KORIAN shares;
- € 1,805,872.05
