COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF 25 JUNE 2015 RESULTS OF THE VOTES
The Combined General Meeting of Korian's Shareholders (the "Company") was held on 25 June 2015, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Christian Chautard. The shareholders approved all the resolutions presented to them, including in particular the change of the Company's name into "Korian", a favorable advisory vote on the components of the compensation due or paid to the Company executive directors ('Say on pay') and the distribution of a global amount of €0.60 per share, with an option for each shareholders to receive the payment of its dividend in newly issued shares. This option is open from 1st to 17 July 2015 included. For the shareholders who will decide to exercise this option, the price of the newly issued shares shall be €28.99 per share. The payment in cash and the delivery of the new shares will take place on 24 July 2015.
