Results of shareholders analysis

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company with 97% ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders, being those with an interest in 3% or more of the depositary interests representing the ordinary issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
