Kore Potash Plc (ASX: KP2) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Kore Potash Plc (‘KP2’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of KP2, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 1 May 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Kore Potash plc ( AIM, ASX, JSE, A2X: KP2 ) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt to the quotation of the Company’s securities pending an announcement on a draft financing proposal and associated draft nonbinding term sheets for the Kola Project from the Summit Consortium.

The Company provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• (a) KP2 expects the trading halt to last until an announcement is made relating to the draft financing proposal and associated draft non-binding term sheets for the Kola Project from the Summit Consortium, which will be no later than before commencement of trading on Thursday, 1 May 2025;

• (b) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any other relevant information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
