Kore Potash Plc (“ Kore Potash ” or “ the Company ”)

New Non-Executive Director

Kore Potash (AIM: KP2, ASX: KP2, JSE:KP2) (“the Company ”), the potash development company with 97%-ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo announces the appointment of Mr Wouter Pulinx as a non-executive director to the Board, nominated by Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A (“ SQM ”), with effect from 24 July 2023.

Mr Pulinx works as legal counsel in the Antwerp office of SQM overseeing legal operations of the commercial offices in the EMEAA region. His position within SQM, and his location in Europe, give him commercial and corporate perspectives that will be of value to Kore Potash.

Mr David Hathorn the Chairman of Kore Potash said: “we welcome Wouter to the Board and look forward to his contribution to the governance of the Company. In addition to SQM’s considerable investment to date, it continues to provide important technical support for the development of our potash projects in the Republic of Congo”.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Kore Potash.
