The Company announced the termination of the binding letter of intent (“ LOI ”) with Amino Balls Inc. (“ Amino Balls ”). See Item 5.
Item 5: Full Description of Material Change
The Company announced that, further to its news release of July 22, 2020, wherein the Company entered into a LOI with Amino Balls, a plant-based on-the-go snacking company, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Amino Balls, the Company and Amino Balls have entered into a termination agreement and mutual release as both parties mutually no longer wish to pursue the transaction contemplated in the LOI.
