I Terre Lane, consent to the public filing of the technical report titled “Preliminary Economic Assessment – Technical Report” with an effective date of April 6, 2020 and an issue date of June 10, 2021 (the “technical report”) by KORE Mining Ltd. (“KORE”).

I also consent to any extracts from, or a summary of, the technical report in the news release entitled “KORE MINING UPDATES IMPERIAL PRELIMINARY ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT INCREASING NPV5% TO US$ 450 MILLION WITH IRR of 52%” (the “news release”).
