CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of KOP Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms. Shirley Tan Sey Liy as Company Secretary of the Company, in place of Mr. Tan Tuan Kai with effect from 1 April 2025.
The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Tan Tuan Kai for his past services to the Company during his term of office as the Company Secretary.
