2022 yılı Dönem Net Kârı tutarı olan 572.546.614,27 TL'den gerekli yasal yükümlülükler ve dağıtılamaz istisna kazançlar düşüldükten sonra kalan dağıtılabilir kârın %20'sinin dağıtılması kapsamında 6.500.000 TL'si 1.Temettü, 99.660.731,54 TL'si 2.Temettü olmak üzere toplam 106.160.731,54 TL'nin nakden dağıtılması, kar dağıtımının 31.07.2023 tarihine kadar yapılmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenmesi teklifi Genel Kurul'da kabul edilmiştir.
