24.03.2023 Tarihli açıklamamızda 2022 Yılı Net Kar tutarı olan 572.546.614,27.-TL'den gerekli yasal yükümlülükler ve dağıtılamaz istisna kazançlar düşüldükten sonra kalan dağıtılabilir karın %20'sinin dağıtılması kapsamında 6.500.000.-TL'si 1.Temettü, 99.660.731,54.-TL'si 2.Temettü olmak üzere toplam 106.160.731,54.-TL kar payının nakden dağıtılması hususunun Genel Kurul tarafından onaylandığı ve kar dağıtımının 31.07.2023 tarihine kadar yapılmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenmesi teklifinin Genel Kurul'da kabul edilerek bu hususta Yönetim Kurulu'nun yetkilendirildiği duyurulmuştur.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 05.07.2023 tarihli toplantısında, nakit kar payı dağıtım tarihi 25 Temmuz 2023 olarak belirlenmiştir. Kar dağıtımı tek seferde ve nakit olarak yapılacaktır.
