2021 yılı Dönem Net Kârı tutarı olan 190.174.769,47 TL'den gerekli yasal yükümlülükler ve dağıtılamaz istisna kazançlar düşüldükten sonra kalan dağıtılabilir kârın %20'sinin dağıtılması kapsamında 6.500.000 TL'si 1.Temettü, 28.371.867,65 TL'si 2.Temettü olmak üzere toplam 34.871.867,61 TL'nin nakden dağıtılması, kar dağıtımının 05.05.2022-30.06.2022 tarihleri arasında olmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenmesi teklifi Genel Kurul'da kabul edilmiştir.
