İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile; 2021 yılı Dönem Net Kârı tutarı olan 190.174.769,47 TL'den gerekli yasal yükümlülükler ve dağıtılamaz istisna kazançlar düşüldükten sonra kalan dağıtılabilir kârın %20'sinin dağıtılması kapsamında 6.500.000 TL'si 1.Temettü, 28.371.867,65 TL'si 2.Temettü olmak üzere toplam 34.871.867,61 TL'nin nakden dağıtılması hususunun Genel Kurul tarafından onaylandığı ve kar dağıtım tarihinin 05.05.2022-30.06.2022 tarihleri arasında olmak üzere belirlenmesi hususunda Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun yetkilendirildiği duyurulmuştu.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 19.04.2022 tarihli toplantısında, kar dağıtım tarihi 11 Mayıs 2022 olarak belirlenmiştir. Kar dağıtımı tek seferde ve nakit olarak yapılacaktır.
