Konya Çimento Sanayii A.Ş.'nin 20.03.2025 tarihinde gerçekleşen 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda;

Türk Ticaret Kanununa ve Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına göre 2025 yılında bir yıl süre ile Bağımsız Denetçi olarak görev yapmak üzere İş Kuleleri, Kule 3, Kat:2-9 Levent İstanbul adresinde bulunan KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. firmasının seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.

By the decision of 2024 Ordinary General Assembly, dated 20.03.2025;

KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. located at the address of üzere İş Kuleleri, Kule 3, Kat:2-9 Levent İstanbul, approved as Independent Auditor for one year period in 2025 within the scope of the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Market Legislation.
