Yönetim Kurulumuz tarafından 28.03.2024 tarihli kararı ile;

Türk Ticaret Kanununa ve Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına göre 2024 yılında bir yıl süre ile Bağımsız Denetçi olarak görev yapmak üzere İş Kuleleri, Kule 3, Kat:2-9 Levent İstanbul adresinde bulunan KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. firmasının seçilmesine ve seçimin Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına Karar verilmiştir.

By the decision of our Board of Directors, dated 28.03.2024;

It has been decided to appoint KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. located at the address of üzere İş Kuleleri, Kule 3, Kat:2-9 Levent İstanbul as Independent Auditor for one year period in 2023 within the scope of the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Market Legislation, and that this appointment be submitted for the approval of the General Assembly.
