Approved by the decision of our Board of Directors, dated 09.11.2023 and numbered 1127; We declare that;

a) Our company's financial statements for the period of 01 January 2023 - 30 September 2023 prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Serial: II, No 14.1 "Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets" and the annual report were examined by us,

b) Within the framework of the information we have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, the financial statements and the annual report do not contain any untrue statements on important issues or any deficiencies that may result in misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information we have in the field of duties and responsibilities in the company, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the current financial reporting standards honestly reflect the truth about the company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss, and the annual report reflects honestly the development and performance of the business and the financial situation of the company along with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun, 09.11.2023 tarihli 1127 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış;

a) Şirketimizin, 1 Ocak 2023 - 30 Eylül 2023 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:II, No 14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği"

hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanan finansal tablolarının ve faaliyet raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya

açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, yürürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tabloların şirketin

aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve şirketin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
