Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve ve KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 18.241.984 TL net dönem karı elde edilmiş olup Kar Dağıtım Politikamız, uzun vadeli topluluk ve Şirket stratejilerimiz, yatırım ve finansman politikaları, karlılık ve nakit durumu dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizin mali yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve finansman ihtiyacı doğmaması amacıyla 2020 yılı karından dağıtılabilir dönem karının dağıtılmamasına, ve 2020 yılı karından dağıtılabilir dönem karının Olağanüstü Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasına Genel Kurul tarafından karar verilmiştir.

Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanan kâr dağıtım tablosu ekte yer almaktadır.
