Şirketimizin 4.000.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 650.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 1.950.000.000 TL bedelli sermaye artırımı yoluyla %300 oranında artırılarak 2.600.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33. maddesi gereğince güncellenen "Bedelli Sermaye Artırımından Elde Edilecek Fonun Kullanımına İlişkin Rapor" ektedir.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Attached is the updated "Report on the Use of Proceeds from the Capital Increase through Rights Issue", prepared in accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Shares No. VII-128.1, regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital from TL 650,000,000 to TL 2,600,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 4,000,000,000, through a capital increase of TL 1,950,000,000 in cash, corresponding to a 300% rights issue.

This Material Event Disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English, and in case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Turkish text shall prevail.
