Additional Explanations

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company disclosed to the public with the material event disclosure dated 28.12.2023; in order to increase the issued capital of our Company from TL 200,000,000 to TL 650,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 750,000,000 by TL 450,000,000 at the rate of 225% in total by meeting 100% of TL 200,000,000 in cash (rights issue) and 125% of TL 250,000,000 from internal resources to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) today. The Draft Prospectus and Fund Utilisation Report submitted to the CMB within the scope of the said application are attached hereto.

A Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will prevail.
