Our company has successfully completed the capital increase through cash contribution. During the period for exercising pre-emptive rights (from July 19, 2024, to August 2, 2024), a total of 92,152,231.35 TL was raised from the exercised rights. Additionally, after the exercise of pre-emptive rights, the remaining shares with a nominal value of 318,892.609 TL were sold on Borsa Istanbul A.Ş.'s Primary Market over a 2-day period between August 15, 2024, and August 16, 2024, raising 15,236,110.94 TL. As a result, a total (gross) amount of 107,388,342.29 TL was raised from the capital increase, and the capital increase process has been completed.
