16.08.2023 tarihli bildirimimizde;

"Şirketimiz bugün girmiş olduğu;

ETİ MADEN İŞLETMELERİ GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ tarafından düzenlenen 2023/536176 İhale Kayıt Numaralı   "Kırka 154 kV Açık Hava Trafo Merkezi ve OG Revizyonu İkmal" işi

ihalesinde vergiler hariç 174.932.000,00 TRY (Türk Lirası) bedelle en iyi teklifi vererek 1. Sırada yer almıştır.İhale sonucunun kesinleşmesi için, İhale Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde, ihaleyi düzenleyen kurumdan ihale komisyon kararı beklenecek olup süreç ile ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır" şeklinde açıklama yapmıştık.

Söz konusu ihaleye ait sözleşme vergiler hariç 174.932.000,00 TRY (Türk Lirası)  olarak bugün tarihi itibariyle imzalanmıştır.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our notification dated August 16, 2023, we stated the following:

"Our company has achieved the first place in the tender organized by ETİ MADEN İŞLETMELERİ GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ with the registration number 2023/536176, titled 'Kırka 154 kV Outdoor Transformer Center and OG Revision Supply,' by submitting the best offer with a total amount of 174,932,000.00 TRY (Turkish Lira), excluding taxes. To finalize the tender results, in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Law, the decision of the tender commission will be awaited from the organizing institution, and developments regarding the process will be shared with the public."

As of today's date, the contract for the mentioned tender has been signed, with a total amount of 174,932,000.00 TRY (Turkish Lira), excluding taxes.

A Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will prevail.
