The Board of Directors identifies risks and opportunities with the contributions of the Audit Committee and the Risk Early Detection Committee. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Corporate Governance Principles, the Corporate Governance Committee has been assigned to provide recommendations and suggestions to the Board of Directors for the development of corporate governance practices of our company. Policies such as Information Disclosure Policy, Profit Distribution Policy, Remuneration Policy, Donation and Aid Policy, among others, have been established as part of our corporate governance practices, and compliance with the articles requires some of them to be updated with Board of Directors' decisions.

Although a committee specifically responsible for implementing CSR policies has not been established in our company, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Sustainability and Environment Department jointly oversee these efforts. Within this scope, the Sustainability and Environment Department, established in 2022, has initiated the necessary work. In 2022, policies were formulated, evaluations and activities were conducted, sustainability commitments and goals were established, and reporting (within Quarterly Activity Reports) commenced. Our company holds ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) within the framework of integrated ISO management system certifications, and it fulfills the requirements. The company has determined its environmental management policy and disclosed it to the public on its website. It has also provided necessary explanations regarding its implementation and action plans, in line with the sustainability initiatives focused on in 2022. Within the scope of integrated ISO management system certifications, our company holds ISO 14001 certification for the current Mobile Solutions production facility as well.
