Risks and opportunities are identified by the Board of Directors with the contributions of the Audit Committee and Early Detection of Risk Committees. In addition, within the scope of the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Corporate Governance Principles, a Corporate Governance Committee has been appointed to make recommendations and suggestions to the Board of Directors in order to improve the Company's corporate governance practices. Although we have ESG policies such as Disclosure Policy, Dividend Distribution Policy, Remuneration Policy, Donation and Aid Policy, and these existing policies need to be updated by the decision of the Board of Directors.

Although the committee responsible for the execution of ESG policies has not been determined in our company, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Sustainability and Environment Department jointly monitor the activities in this direction. Environmental issues are rather explained by the Environmental Management System and Environmental Management Policy, which is the integration of our objectives into business goals and strategies.
