In accordance with the Board of Directors' decision dated November 29, 2024, and based on the authority granted to the Board of Directors in Article 15 of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the issuance of debt securities, an application was made to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for approval to issue debt instruments in Turkish Lira, with a total amount not exceeding 9,500,000,000.-TL (Nine Billion Five Hundred Million Turkish Liras), in various maturities up to 3 (three) years, to be sold to qualified investors and/or through private placement without a public offering in Turkey, via one or more issuances, with fixed and/or variable interest rates to be determined based on market conditions, and in the form of coupon-bearing or non-coupon-bearing instruments. The application has been approved by the Capital Markets Board with its decision dated January 16, 2025, number 3/71. We hereby submit the approved issuance document and its annex for public information. Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will prevail.
