KONGSBERG has on 26 April 2019 purchased 15,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 124.2024 per share. After this, KONGSBERG owns a total of 789,869 own shares.

The purchase of shares is part of the share buy-back program announced on 21 February 2019, in connection with a share program for employees and long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive managers. The share buy-back program consists of up to 1 000 000 own shares.
