Transfer of shares related to employee share program

Today, 22 June 2020, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has sold 1,021,046 own shares at price NOK 142.00 per share in conjunction with a share program for all employees. The participants pay 106.30 per share. The discount from market price is subject to taxation. The shares are transferred to each employee's VPS account. A total of 3,981 employees participated in the program. The maximum number of shares per employee was 280. There is a lock-in period of one year for the shares. Enclosed is a list of primary insiders that have participated in the program. After this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 3,652 own shares.
