Transfer of shares related to employee share program

Today, 20 August 2020, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has sold 280 own shares at price NOK 142.00 per share. The transfer is in conjunction with a share program for all employees announced June 22nd, 2020. After this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 3,372 own shares.
