Share program for employees
Today, 20 June 2019, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has sold 875,151 own shares at price NOK 115.90 per share in conjunction with a share program for all employees. The discount from market price is subject to taxation. The shares are transferred to each employee's VPS account. A total of 3,225 employees participated in the program. The maximum number of shares per employee was 305. There is a lock-in period of one year for the shares. Enclosed is a list of primary insiders that have participated in the program. After this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 16,779 own shares.
