Approval of base prospectus

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on the 14th of December 2023 approved the base prospectus prepared by Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (“KONGSBERG”) in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of KONGSBERG’s NOK 1 billion bond issued on 31 May 2023, with a 7 year tenor (ISIN: NO 0012928227).
