The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 09th of July 2021 approved the base prospectus prepared by Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (“KONGSBERG”) in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of KONGSBERG’s NOK 500 million bond issued on 22 February 2021, with a 5 year tenor (ISIN: NO 0010940422).
