Refinancing revolving credit facility by entering into a new 5 year NOK 2.5 billion agreement
Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has on 22 March 2022 signed a new NOK 2.5 billion, multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility has a 5 years’ term (2022- 2027) and may be extended by two additional years through two extension options.
The company’s existing NOK 2.3 billion credit facility, which would have expired in 2023, has consequently been cancelled.
Danske Bank, DNB, JP Morgan, Nordea and SEB were mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for the transaction. SEB acted as coordinator and will also act as agent for the facility.
