Purchase of treasury shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KA").

1. Kongsberg Automotive Group today bought 150,000 shares in Kongsberg

Automotive ASA at a price of NOK 6.4786 per share. The shares were purchased for

the Company's share options programs. Subsequent to the transaction, KA holds

1,378,134 own shares.
