1. Kongsberg Automotive Group today bought 230,000 shares in Kongsberg

Automotive ASA at a price of NOK 10.3957 per share. The shares were purchased

for the Company's share options programs. Subsequent to the transaction, KA

holds 1,849,212 own shares.
