1. Kongsberg Automotive Group today bought 150,000 shares in Kongsberg

Automotive ASA at a price of NOK 6.1120 per share. The shares were purchased for

the Company's share options programs. Subsequent to the transaction, KA holds

3,366,173 own shares.
