Received application for temporary admission to trading on Merkur Market

Oslo Børs has received an application for temporary admission to trading on Merkur Market from Kongsberg Automotive ASA, of new shares issued in connection with the completed private placement, as further described in the stock notices of 20 and 22 May 2020 and 15 June 2020. The new shares are expected to be admitted to temporary trading in the period commencing from 17 June 2020 and until a listing prospectus for the new shares have been controlled and approved by the Norwegian FSA. This prospectus is expected to be available in July or August 2020. The shares will then as soon as possible be transferred to, and listed at Oslo Børs.

The new shares to be admitted to temporary trading on Merkur Market are marked with a different ISIN and ticker compared with the company’s shares being listed currently at Oslo Børs.
