Increase of share capital
By resolution of 6 June 2019 the Board of Kongsberg Automotive ASA increased the share capital by NOK 273.034,50 by issuance of 546.069 new shares (Equal to 0.12% of the share capital). The resolution is made according to authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting 15 May 2019. The share issue is directed towards senior executives of the company and made to fulfill the company’s obligations according to the Long Term Incentive Program as approved by the Annual General Meeting in 2018 and 2019 and following practice from previous years.
