Disclosure of large shareholdings with respect to: Kongsberg Automotive ASA

Reference is made to the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Kongsberg Automotive ASA (the "KOA") 6 June 2023 to reduce the share capital of KOA by NOK 103,437,513, by cancellation of 103,437,513 treasury shares that each have a nominal value of NOK 1 (the "Capital Reduction").

As a consequence of the Capital Reduction, Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd., managed by Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), has passively exceeded the 25% threshold pursuant to section 4-4 (5) cf. section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

Consequently, following the Capital Reduction, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 251,887,884 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 26.47% of the issued share capital in KOA.
