Disclosure of large shareholdings with respect to: Kongsberg Automotive ASA

Reference is made to the disclosure made on 6 June 2023, where Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd., managed by Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios") gave notice of passively exceeding the 25% threshold following the share capital reduction adopted by the Annual General Meeting in Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA") on 6 June 2023. The capital reduction has now been affected, and following the capital reduction, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 251,887,884 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 26.47% of the issued share capital in KOA.
