Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), represented on the board of directors of Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA") has on 1 October 2019, terminated a management agreement with an entity holding shares in KOA. As a result, the holding in KOA controlled by Teleios has been reduced by 21,660,030 shares.

Consequently, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 102,430,407 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 22.86% of the issued share capital.
